Sub-vendors, who wish to start a business liaison with BdClayMart.com, must complete an online sub-vendor registration form. Please fill out correctly, it will under go a screening process; your information will be reviewed by the category Product Manager at our office and we will contact you if there is further interest in your products. Please note that it is not necessary to send us a sample of the product at this time, and any samples that are received will not be returned.

If your registration form is not complete, you will receive an email explaining what is needed and a request for you to re-submit the form.

You are responsible for abiding by the rules set forth in the Shopping guide, About bdClayMart, Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, Delivery Information, Privacy Policy articles on BdClayMart.com. Any violation of the Terms & Conditions and other guide lines or rules mention on the Site may result in immediate suspension and/or termination of all transactions and services currently being provided by BdClayMart.com to you without a prior notice. Your continued access or use of the Site shall be deemed your acceptance of these changes.

BdClayMart.com shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained on the Website and reserve the right to make changes to the sub vendor registration form and set new rules at any time without prior notice.

If operation desires to be done through any third party, bdClayMart will not be in contact with third party for any demented /misinterpretation of communication and sub-vendor is responsible for the compliance with all applicable laws and safety standards regarding the operation of the business. Sub-vendor will not take any action to interfere with or challenge the ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to the bdclaymart.com. All the task of control and management will be monitored by BdClayMart.com

Payment: BdClayMart.com shall pay sub-vendor for all services provided after receipt of an invoice.
